At just 22 years old, Khushbu—known affectionately by everyone as Khushi—stands as the fierce, beating heart, the authentic voice, and the sovereign future of APARAJITA. Legally named Khushbu, she was given the name "Khushi" (meaning happiness) by her family and relatives because of her innate ability to bring an immediate, radiant smile to everyone she encounters. Today, she brings that exact same light, joy, and transformative energy to our entire social enterprise.

Born and raised directly within the rugged terrain of the Baljeet Nagar community, Khushi does not merely represent our mission—she embodies it. She is a rare force: highly educated, remarkably bold, and boundlessly courageous. While many young graduates seek paths away from their origins, Khushi chose a path of deep, revolutionary commitment. She stepped forward to lead, protect, and elevate the very women she grew up with, transforming an entire community from the inside out.

As our Chief Grassroots Officer, Khushi’s brilliance lies in her ability to bridge two completely different worlds. Alongside our core founders, Gurvinder Singh (Dev) and Leena Empress, she serves as the central operational commander who carries the weight of APARAJITA from A to Z.

She oversees the daily operational rhythm of our sacred workspace on the ridge, managing timelines and resources with executive precision.

Production & Packaging Anchor

Khushi directly supervises the artisanal crafting and meticulous quality control of our 100% natural botanical incense collection, ensuring every piece meets elite global luxury standards.

Logistics Commander

She bridges the gap between production and delivery, managing internal workflows to prepare our therapeutic-grade collections for flawless global freight and shipping.
